The legacy site was visually dated, slow to load dynamic media, and failed to communicate the prestige of their multi-million dollar property portfolio. The objective: Build an editorial-grade, ultra-responsive digital flagship that converts high-net-worth visitors into active deal-flow. --- ### STRATEGIC DIRECTION * **Architectural Minimalism:** Let the properties lead.
